Our ExtruMed™ precision extrusion solutions include custom extrusion of thermoplastics and silicone produced in controlled room environments, meeting your needs for a wide array of medical applications.
We work with you throughout product development, beginning with design assistance for defining and specifying your extrusion and support in materials selection. We design and manufacture most of our pin-and-die sets in-house and provide rapid response prototyping to verify manufacturability. Our process and regulatory expertise, strong supplier relationships and equipment availability keep lead times short and help ensure the success of your product.
Expanded Extrusion Capabilities
Vesta is always looking for ways to serve more of our customers’ needs. In March 2009, we broadened our extrusion capabilities through the acquisition of ExtruMed LLC, the largest independent manufacturer of precision thermoplastic tubing for diagnostic and therapeutic medical devices and procedures. The ExtruMed legacy for precision and quality carries on in these extrusion solutions offered under the ExtruMed name. Thermoplastics Extrusion

Silicone Extrusion
Vesta delivers tight-tolerance silicone extrusions, specializing in multilumen profiles and complex geometries for your tubing needs. Applications include wound drains, cuffs, vascular loops, cooling clips, compression bars, standoffs, catheter mainshafts, drainage tubes, feeding tubes and more.
