With great respect for every customer relationship, we strictly adhere to the confidentiality agreement we sign with you. We encourage visitors, but we take every precaution to protect your proprietary information during facility tours. Our policy ensures that:

• Competitor visits do not conflict.
• All workers know which visitors will be present on the floor.
• Proprietary ideas are not discussed during tours.
• Departments file all documentation away from view.
• Production schedules are coordinated to prevent visitors from seeing proprietary products.
